We are looking for a SAP Software ABAP Developer to support our acceleration. You will participate in the respective workstreams together with technical and business counterparts to ensure successful development, testing, deployment, reporting and enablement. Therefore, this person will assume responsibility for assigned projects and streams, driving the day-to-day transformation into more Test-Driven-Development, and supporting the road to S/4 HANA and respective backend technologies for standardization and simplification.

Our SAP Software ABAP Developer will have experience defining system interfaces, designing, developing, automating, training, and defining Testing & Quality procedures for our SAP Landscape .

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

To be part of the overall program for the S/4 HANA transformation for Manage Business and Sales Join the product team on the tech side to build prototypes/PoCs/Recommend solutions to improve our SAP Platform Design, estimate, develop and implement projects based on SAP S4HANA technologies Review functional specifications to ensure completeness in preparation for development Run quality assessments and do code reviews of peers’ code Provide technical SAP advisory and consulting to projects and products for custom development and performance optimization Ensure the adherence to SAP Standards and Best Practices Participate in Projects and provide clear Status Updates on Milestones

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

College or university degree with a focus on IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills 3 to 5 years of SAP development experience, more specifically: Development experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Reports and workflow) Knowledge about HANA native programming: Core Data Services (CDS), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) Strong background in ABAP object-oriented programming and ability to write performant code following the latest ABAP techniques and technologies. Knowledge of working with any integration technologies (IDOC, OData, APIs, Web Services, SAP CPI, AIF, SAP Gateway) Working experience with S/4 HANA implementation projects Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA. Experience working with any of the products of SAP BTP Experience in BRF+, Adobe Forms, Workflows Technical solution design of programs
