About The Role

About this opportunity

Contract Manager responsable for contacts for construction projects, providing support to key projects in a full range of related services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contract Oversight Ensure contract compliance / oversee assurance process Draft and issue project correspondence on behalf of the client Contract Management / Administration Claims Preparation / Assessment Change Control / Variation Management Subcontracting Strategy, Oversight & Approvals Pro-active Commercial Risk Management Lead Project meetings as appropriate  As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to: Opportunities to develop and grow your career Employee Assistance Programme Flexible working arrangements

About You

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

Broad spectrum of technical knowledge relating to FIDIC Contracts Management Experience managing contracts for construction projects in Europe Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Methodical way of thinking and approach to work. Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team. High level of English
