Role Description

As a Swedish Speaking Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. This includes managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, screening candidates, managing the interview process, and maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and clients. Don't worry, you won't have to do it alone You'll have the full support of our team, and we'll even provide you with a fully paid 4-month training program in Athens, Greece.

We work with clients from a variety of sectors including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, finance, insurance, and energy. Our mission is to help skilled professionals find their dream jobs in thriving industries across Europe. We believe in supporting our employees every step of the way, which is why we offer fully paid relocation packages and training programs.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Valid European Union passport
  • No experience needed (we provide full training)
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
