Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (On-Site, 24/7 Shifts)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Position Overview:As a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide exceptional customer support to our French-speaking clientele, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers concerns or issues.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (B1/B2 level) is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
