1] BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DA FUNÇÃO

O principal objetivo desta função é realizar auditorias internas aos processos e procedimentos da organização nas diversas geografias que esta opera, analisando criticamente a sua adequação à realidade e, avaliando o nível de cumprimentos dos mesmos por parte dos departamentos. Deverá também testar o Sistema de controlo interno e monitorizar os principais riscos, de forma a mitigá-los. Por último deverá implementar projetos transversais à plataforma ibérica, contribuindo para a integração e uniformização entre as operações.

2] RESPONSABILIDADES

·Conhecer detalhadamente as várias vertentes do negócio em nos distintos países em que a companhia opera (guias, processos e procedimentos, regulamentos);

·Preparar o programa de trabalho de auditoria interna, analisar as políticas e procedimentos atuais, entrevistar as equipas, recolher a informação e gerar as amostras, analisar e realizar testes garantindo a elaboração de relatórios com conclusões;

·Aplicar a matriz de risco do negócio, garantido a devida análise de risco do negócio e da empresa;

·Fazer o rastreamento das incidências e dos planos de ação resultante das auditorias, e de outros projetos para os quais tenham sido identificados pontos a seguir, confirmando as novas implementações, fazendo o acompanhamento e validação com as equipas, efetuando os testes devidos, garantindo a atualização de indicadores sobre as incidências;

·Garantir o devido suporte ao desenvolvimento de processo de Controlo de Qualidade;

·Prestar suporte ao Departamento de Compliance no âmbito da auditoria de procedimento, completando as avaliações à aplicação ao Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados, o controlo da atividade de Branqueamento de capitais, e outras atividades de Compliance;

·Elaborar Relatórios de Auditoria Interna

3] COMPETÊNCIAS

·Capacidade de negociação;

·Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e independente;

·Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral;

·Capacidade de planeamento e organização;

·Criatividade e proatividade para desenvolver novos relatórios e procedimentos;

·Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;

·Conhecimentos de Matriz de Gestão de Risco;

·Conhecimento de Compliance Audit

·Conhecimentos sobre fraude, branqueamento de capitais e proteção de dados;

·Conhecimentos aprofundados de Direito (preferencial)

·Conhecedor do processo e documentação legais associados a: insolvências, execução de hipotecas; registos e notariado, entre outros. (preferencial)

·Línguas: Inglês – Fluente (eliminatório) e Espanhol – preferencial;

·Informática: Excel e Power Point e preferencialmente com conhecimentos em softwares como Auto Audit, TeamMate e Bizagi

4] QUALIFICAÇÕES

·Habilitações Literárias:

oLicenciatura em Economia/ Gestão /Auditoria / Direito

oFormação complementar na área de Direito é valorizada

·Experiência desejável:

oO candidato ideal terá mais de 3 anos de experiência em Auditoria de processos ou compliance aplicado ao negócio, tendo trabalhado em auditoria Externa /Interna ou em empresa de Real Estate

oÉ valorizada experiência consolidada em auditoria aos processos chave das instituições.
