Aufgaben
  • Überprüfung von Inhalten (Videos, Bilder, Text und Audio) in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien
  • Klassifizierung der Inhaltstypologie (Videos, Bilder, Texte und Audios) in Übereinstimmung mit den Prozessen und Richtlinien
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Trust & Safety-Maßnahmen, wie Missbrauchsmeldungen und Einsprüche zur Durchsetzung
  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Nutzern und Marken
  • Bereitschaft zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in einer 24/7-Schichtrotation

Qualifikation
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie fließend Englisch (B2-Level)
  • Auf dem neuesten Stand der Social Media Trends sein
  • Politisch fit
  • Motiviert und engagiert bei der Arbeit sein
  • Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-Lifestyle
  • Sie leben in Lissabon oder sind bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
  • Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)
