On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Facility Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. You will be responsible for enabling and securing the operations of your store portfolio by managing and coordinating all Facility Management suppliers.


Qualifications

 Key responsibilities include areas such as:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage various projects for your store portfolio.
  • Monitor the status of your store portfolio and plan, budget, forecast and follow-up needed actions to secure the lifetime of the assets.
  • Secure the Facility Service to stores and other properties for H&M Group based on the agreed requirements and planned activities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Market C&F Manager to implement the market Facility Strategy
  • Manage all facility management suppliers for your site portfolio.
  • Monitor the status of your store portfolio, identifying investments and running costs.

We see that you are a result driven person who enjoys negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders and complexity. We believe that you can prioritize, especially in circumstances where you are put under pressure. You have a good understanding of the field of Facility Management.  As a person, we believe you have an open mindset and curiosity to change and enjoy learning and renewing your skills constantly.

Besides your personality we see that you have:

  • At least 3 years working experience from retail construction, Facility Management and/or real estate.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administrations or similar
  • Strong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of working.
  • Flexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English. (Spanish is a plus)
