Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field and possess a strong understanding of the real estate industry. This role is critical to our strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:

    • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
    • Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies for business growth.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, property acquisition, and portfolio optimization.

  • Reporting and Visualization:

    • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Utilize advanced data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into various business processes.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing the team’s analytical capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
    • Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.


Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the real estate or finance industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of financial market dynamics, property valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
