Job Description

With over 5 million app users, the company has established its app as a leading platform for comparisons in Germany. The Android teams are continuously enhancing and evolving the app to provide the best user experience. The app stands as one of the crucial pillars of the company, rather than just a by-product.


The company is dedicated to nurturing talent passionate about native app development, offering a supportive environment for career growth. They emphasize continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative team spirit. They are currently seeking a Junior Android Developer for their InsurTech division in Frankfurt.



Location: Frankfurt, Germany.Type of contract: Permanent, on-site.

Main tasks:
  • Contribute to the global app architecture and collaborate on central cross-sectional functions.
  • Design and implement new features for the Android app.
  • Work closely with team members and product management.
  • Actively participate in the app's design and development process.


Requirements

·         Ideal candidates possess a degree in computer science or a related field, or have completed IT specialist training for application development.

·         Prior experience with Android Studio, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose is advantageous.

·         Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and proficiency in English are essential.
