Your opportunity
Member of a 20-25 persons team, the Field Administrator is in charge of providing support and help in the organization and management of field activities at customers sites.
Your Mission
Constantly in contact with FSEs (Field Services Engineers), FSE planners and FSE Manager, the Field Administrator will be in charge of preparing trips and ensuring that the FSEs have all necessary tools and documentation ready for the interventions. That includes:
Ensuring that all administrative logistic and documents are executed for employees travels (visa, air tickets, accomodation, HSE documents, etc.) Following working hours of employees at customer sites and managing job expenses report Collecting required data to provide requested reports Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Entry Sheets are fulfilled in the ERP system
