Key responsabilities:
Process all our client network data inputs and changes with precision. Take accountability for managing the administration of all network-related data. Ensure that service quality levels exceed expectations. Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors promptly. Uphold a high standard of customer service. Support improvement programs and contribute to special data-related projects. Keep the Team Lead informed of any issues or opportunities with existing activities.What you will bring:
Completed High School Education. Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools and intermediate knowledge of Excel. History of working in a multinational & cross-functional, collaborative team environment. Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries. Proactive, "take-charge" work ethic, showing ambition and a drive to succeed. Excellent team player, capable of working well within the team and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Accountability towards the performance of the team. English Level B2.What awaits you:
