Description du poste
Les agents de soutien technique dépannent les problèmes techniques, fournissent une rétroaction rapide aux clients et soutiennent le déploiement de nouvelles applications, entre autres tâches.
Qualifications
Expérience professionnelle préalable de l’administration de systèmes Linux (CentOS, RedHat) et/ou UNIX (HP-UX, AIX, Solaris) ; Expérience de la gestion du DNS; Expert en Ansible/Web Application Servers – Weblogic est un plus; Connaissance de TCP/IP, LDAP et IPV4/IPV6 (souhaitable); Sens du détail et grande capacité d’analyse; Français (plus).
