Job position pitch
Reporting to the Product Manager of the Evergreen and Automation team
Coordinating the day to day work of the EverGreen team – represented in Asia (MY), Europe (FR, PT, DE, UK, BE) and America’s (MX).
Manage the day to day work in an agile way. Manage the sprint plannings, standups, backlog grooming and backlog refinement
Support the Product manager to deliver the roadmap in line with the objectives defined.
Ensure the quality of services of the team scope
Influence the product roadmap(s) and actively contributed to the communities
Support the product manager to manage the relationship with the vendors and sourcing partners
Where will you be in the organization?
The division
Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.
The department / team
You will join the Distributed & Mainframe Global Products department, which delivers final Products for the AXA’s entities ( POD, Z and ISeries, DC) and transversal components or intermediate products to other Products departments ( Cloud, Workplace...) with right quality of services.
We are relying on more than 220 people to handle product development in an agile way of working while taking care of major transformation program, as One DataCenter (aiming to define and implement the Datacenter strategic plan jointly with the AXA Entities) or ATLAS program (a strategic program mixing Cloud solutions, Core IT optimization, infrastructure modernization and technical services rationalization).
Our main missions:
Be a cornerstone of the Cloud Strategy and accompany the Cloud Transformation having a specific role on the design and delivery of the new Infrastructure hosting platform, within our Datacenters (SDDC-POD), while supporting the migration to target platforms Protect Core-It QoS over the next years by selective refresh while continuing to decommission related infrastructure Migrate Technical Services to the new Cloud Target Continue our department transformation into a global product driven organizationJob purpose
As a Product Owner your main objective is to support the product manager to manage the evergreen product within the EverGreen & Automation Product Team
Main missions
Manage the day-to-day activities of the evergreen SMEs within the agile framework with support of the assigned scrum Master
Deliver the roadmap in line with the objectives defined
Provide clear visibility on OS life cycle for each target platform and In-Place upgrade roadmap
Ensure quality of service
Collaborate with different teams, CTO, ATLAS program, Group security to ensure the delivery of the project aligned with the strategy.
Contribute to the product lifecycle: Demand Management, Product backlog grooming and roadmap definition
Support the product manager to build and maintain trust relationships with key-users (including OPCO users) to keep track of real-life usage of the solution and remain aligned with user needs.
Support the management of the relationship with the vendors end sourcing partners
Provide feedback on the performance and the activities of the Evergreen SME’s
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
10 + years’ experience in IT engineering or operations, among them at least 5 + as an expert in the windows and/or Linux domain Proven knowledge of the Cloud environment and principles (public and private) Proven knowledge on end-to-end IT Technology architecture in a large-scale production environment (end-to-end architecture from hardware, infrastructure to application layers) Proven experience with the Agile and DevOps methodology Proven experience of Quality-of-Service accountability (SLA management, ITIL processes, …) Being able to work in international teams and multi-cultural environment. Proven experience in driving project to reach a target-goal. Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive Good communication skills to upper management and SME’s Good presentation skills Experience of working in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations Assertiveness, empathy, active listening Customer centric Ability to change (or be changed) to fit new circumstances. Be able to handle unexpected demands. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Proven experience in leading/coordinating a team of 5 people to reach the product goals.Language skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must Knowledge of French and/or German is an additional assetTechnical skills:
