The Role Involves:

  • Utilizing your recruitment experience to identify, attract, and engage top talent across Portugal.

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach and screening to interview preparation and offer negotiation.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Staying up-to-date with Recruitment industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve your approach and results.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Ideally proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful placements and satisfied clients.

  • Strong networking and communication skills

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating positive, lasting professional relationships.
