Join us Your mission will be…  Ensure EHS compliance in the IT department, emphasizing a safe and healthy office environment. Manage the EHS system to meet both legal and internal standards, focusing on the unique needs of IT operations. Address EHS issues, particularly ergonomic and sedentary lifestyle challenges . Utilize IT tools for incident management and reporting, promoting efficiency and tech-savviness. Develop digital-based EHS training and communication, targeting physical and mental well-being. Ensure all actions related with ISO 45001 Certification Mental and Physical Health Initiatives: Implement programs to reduce sedentarism, including wellness challenges and ergonomic assessments. Facilitate mental health resources and workshops, tailored to the stresses of tech roles. Promote a culture of support, integrating health services into the EHS framework. We are looking for someone with…  University Degree compatible with the functions to be performed (preferably in the area of Occupational Health and Safety or similar Occupational Health and Safety Technician (CAP mandatory) Experience in EHS within an IT or office environment. Tech-savvy, proficient in digital tools and reporting (e.g. PowerBI) for EHS management. Strong communicator, capable of leading health initiatives online. Innovative in addressing sedentarism and workplace stress. Good knowledge of EHS legislation; Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
