ROLE:

- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the HR team;

- Support the payroll process by gathering, verifying, and inputting payroll data;

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and legal regulations;

- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries from employees;

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;

- Follow up the interviews with the Managers, to determine the candidate’s qualifications, cultural fit and success potential;

- Accompany new employees during the period of integration in the function, sector or company;

- Other HR related activities. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Psychology, Management or similar;
- Minimum 1 year of experience;
- Strong relationship skills;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Great Excel/GoogleSheet Skills (experience with agile methodologies is a plus);
- Real team player;
- Autonomous, proactive and responsible;
- Good organizational skills;
- Proven HR expertise (preferred);
- Immediately Available.
