Job Purpose

As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of Field Service Technicians (FSTs). Your primary task is to orchestrate the FSTs' schedules and resources to meet operational demands, ensuring that service delivery is optimized. Collaborating closely with Service Project Managers (SPMs), you will plan and coordinate the deployment of FSTs, aligning their assignments with project timelines and requirements.

Your responsibilities extend to the professional development of the FSTs, guaranteeing that they possess the necessary training and certifications to perform their duties competently. Additionally, you will manage the logistics of their travel and secure the required visas, facilitating their movement across borders for international service calls.

Vigilance in identifying and communicating potential risks to the Service Manager is also a critical aspect of your role, contributing to the proactive management of challenges that may impact service quality or safety. Your comprehensive oversight helps maintain the high standards of service that clients expect and rely upon.

Job Description

Collaborate with Service Project Managers (SPMs) to maintain FST competency aligned with project requirements. Forecast future project demands for Field Service Technicians (FSTs) to identify potential capacity issues. Attend weekly project review meetings with SPMs to stay informed and contribute to project planning. Work with Geomarket and Global Service Departments to meet forecasted FST demands. Contribute actively to the objectives of the Service Department and uphold TechnipFMC's core values. Manage the mobilization and demobilization of FSTs, ensuring smooth transitions between assignments. Coordinate with SPMs for pre and post-mobilization briefings. Oversee FST travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements to ensure compliance with statutory offshore days. Handle FST annual leave requests and manage personnel changeovers, seeking client dispensation when necessary. Generate service quotations using the ERP system (SAP) for SPM submission to clients. Process client purchase orders and field service work scopes efficiently. Administer field service tickets and manage expense submissions. Create service invoices with appropriate backup documentation for finance department submission. Compile and submit monthly offshore bonus payroll reports to the Payroll department. Report on FST monthly utilization figures to track service key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all FSTs possess up-to-date certifications that meet industry standards and manage renewals. Provide valuable input to enhance and refine department processes and procedures in accordance with GBPMS standards. Ensure compliance with TechnipFMC policies and HSEQ standards in all work tasks.

You are meant for this job if:

Extensive experience in scheduling, planning, and service-oriented environments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Solid background in SAP, with the option for further training if necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
