Assembly Operator – Schijndel Remote

Wat ga je doen?

As an Assembly Operator Level 2, you will be responsible for independently assembling industrial packaging based on complex technical drawings and measurements. You will work with materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and cardboard, using a variety of hand tools and woodworking machines to produce high-quality industrial packaging. This is a hands-on role that requires technical insight, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will initially work day shifts from Monday to Friday. As the company continues to grow, there may be opportunities to move to a two-shift system in the future. Main Responsibilities:

• Independently assemble industrial packaging according to technical drawings and measurements
• Read and interpret complex technical drawings
• Assemble various components into finished products
• Monitor dimensions and ensure the final product meets quality standards
• Use hand tools and woodworking machines safely and correctly
• Work with materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and cardboard
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Support other production activities when required
• Follow all safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe

Wat kun je van ons verwachten

• Gross salary: €16.67 per hour
• Weekly net income: approximately €420 – €480, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
• Overtime possibilities for additional income
• Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid leave days + 5 vacation days paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary

Accommodation & Transportation:

• Certified and clean accommodation with a private room
• Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided
• Accommodation located close to shops, public transport, and the workplace

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Experience in assembly, woodworking, production, or a similar technical role (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (mandatory)
• Technical insight and good manual skills
• Basic knowledge of woodworking machines and hand tools
• Affinity with materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and cardboard
• Accurate, careful, and quality-oriented
• Physically fit for manual work, including lifting, bending, and reaching
• English level B1/B2
• Driving licence is an advantage
• European Union citizenship (mandatory)
