About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the evolution and delivery of Finance-related technology solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that support financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Work closely with Finance and IT teams to deliver business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate product releases and continuous improvements.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Monitor product performance and drive optimization initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate product progress effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Experience managing Finance Systems or Finance-related IT products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of financial processes and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and system integrations.
