Growth Associate  Implement AI | Lisbon, Hybrid About Implement AI We build and deploy digital workers (AI agents) for high-volume businesses. Our clients are enterprises and multi-location companies—dental groups, insurance firms, recruitment agencies—processing thousands of customer interactions every month. AIOS handles their sales, support, research, and analysis operations 24/7, at a fraction of human cost. We're targeting rapid growth in 2026 through our Agent-Led Growth system. Spoken and written English proficiency is required. The Role You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, amplifying our multi-channel acquisition strategy. This is operational growth work: writing campaigns, nurturing pipeline, building target lists, creating proposals, analysing performance. You'll see direct impact—your work generates revenue. This role will evolve with you. As you learn our customers and market, you'll take on more client-facing responsibilities—potentially handling discovery calls, supporting account management, and growing into a customer success function. What You'll Do Pipeline Nurturing & Campaigns (35%):  Execute our agent-led growth sequences. Build and manage campaigns in Pipedrive. Create and send opportunity assessments to warm prospects. QA test new campaign implementations before launch. Content & Proposals (30%):  Write proposals, opportunity assessments, email sequences, and case studies. Customize materials for specific prospects. Create vertical-specific content for dental, insurance, recruitment, and other sectors. Enterprise Outreach (20%):  Create mystery shopping reports, CIO podcast outreach materials, and event content for high-value enterprise deals. Build target account lists and campaign sequences. Cold Outreach Support (10%):  Write and refine scripts for Victoria (our AI calling agent). Analyze call recordings to improve conversion. Support call prep for client meetings. Performance Analysis (5%):  Track results across all channels. Identify what's working. Recommend optimizations based on data. Requirements 1-3 years B2B marketing, growth, or sales enablement experience Strong copywriting: emails, scripts, proposals, campaign copy Hands-on experience running email marketing or digital campaigns Curious and analytical—you test hypotheses and let data guide decisions Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Self-starter who identifies problems and solves them without waiting Excellent English proficiency Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience a plus—we'll train you on the rest) You'll complete a short case study during the interview process. Bonus:  SaaS or enterprise B2B background, CRM experience (especially Pipedrive), client-facing experience Who Thrives Here This environment is fast-paced and demanding.
