We’re looking for a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst
Who We're Looking For:
A Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to join a global financial services environment supporting complex derivatives and post-trade operations.
Professional Experience & Main Tasks
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
- Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies on incoming confirmations.
- Manage affirmation requests and documentation-related client queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and internal controls.
- Collaborate daily with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within Documentation, Confirmations, Trade Support, Middle Office, or Derivatives Operations.
- Knowledge of OTC derivatives, including Swaps, FX Forwards, and Options.
- Understanding of ISDA documentation and post-trade processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
