Lead Execution : Collaborate with a strong team of front-end engineers and work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and business development to turn vision into reality. Deliver Excellence : Help us create innovative solutions that address the unique needs of enterprise and blockchain clients while ensuring quick delivery of high-quality features. Enhance Experiences : Focus on optimizing the user journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across our B2B offerings. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Execution : Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs. Customer-Focused Development : Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. Market Leadership : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Quick Delivery Mindset : Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements. About You: 5+ years of Product Management experience , with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives . A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies , with a deep understanding of their dynamics. Experience working on B2B products , especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities. A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment. A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform. A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options and a token grant. Total compensation will be $140k-$190k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
