About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager based in Portugal to own and execute Bybit EU's local marketing strategy. This role is critical to driving eFTD growth, strengthening brand presence, and accelerating execution speed across acquisition, community, social, and partnerships. You will act as the local marketing owner, translating EU and global priorities into high-impact, Portugal-specific initiatives, while working closely with the Country Manager and central marketing teams.
What You'll Do
Own and execute the Portugal integrated marketing strategy, aligned with EU growth and revenue objectives. Plan, launch, and optimize localized acquisition campaigns (eFTD-focused) across KOLs, referrals, community, and partnerships. Manage and scale local marketing partners, including KOLs, PR agencies, media partners, and affiliates. Lead social media and content strategy for Portugal, ensuring consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and campaign amplification.
Coordinate and execute local events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships (retail, VIP, institutional, and brand). Build, engage, and grow the Portuguese crypto community through online and offline initiatives. Track performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing ROI, sharing insights with EU and global stakeholders. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital products.
Proven experience driving user acquisition and growth metrics (CPA / ROI). Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English. Based in Portugal with basic understanding of the local crypto, finance, and cultural landscape.
Experience
working with KOLs, communities, and performance marketing channels. Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and manage multiple initiatives in parallel. Data-driven, comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation. Able to perform data-driven reports.
Nice to Have Experience working with KOLs, communities, and performance marketing channels. Familiarity with card products, fiat rails, and spot-focused GTM strategies.
