Funções: - Ser responsável pela performance do canal de delivery através de agregadores, incluindo crescimento de vendas, conversão, recorrência, ticket médio e gestão da relação com as plataformas - Definir e implementar a estratégia de crescimento do canal de agregadores em coordenação com as equipas internas - Monitorizar KPIs chave (vendas, conversão, visibilidade, margem, eficiência promocional, etc.) e assegurar o seu correto acompanhamento - Analisar de forma recorrente a performance por canal, país, marca e campanha, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e desvios relevantes - Coordenar a execução de iniciativas comerciais em agregadores (promoções, visibilidade, posicionamento, menus, etc.) - Definir, implementar e analisar testes e iniciativas de otimização em colaboração com equipas internas e plataformas - Coordenar o trabalho com equipas locais e account managers dos agregadores para assegurar uma execução adequada - Construir, manter e interpretar dashboards e relatórios de performance do canal - Colaborar estreitamente com equipas internas (IT, Desenvolvimento, Marketing, Operações, Mercados locais), account managers dos agregadores e agências externas - Coordenar com equipas técnicas internas e dos agregadores para assegurar o correto funcionamento, atualização e qualidade da informação de restaurantes e produtos em cada plataforma Requisitos: - Experiência de 1 a 5 anos em ecommerce, marketplaces, consultoria analítica, retalho digital ou funções semelhantes - Experiência prévia em agregadores de delivery (Uber Eats, Glovo, Just Eat, Bolt, Deliveroo, etc.) será altamente valorizada - Conhecimentos de ambientes digitais, marketplaces ou plataformas online - Conhecimentos avançados em ferramentas de análise de dados (BI, Excel, etc.) - Visão analítica e estratégica, orientada para decisões baseadas em dados - Forte orientação para o negócio e sentido de ownership, com foco claro em resultados - Criatividade, inovação e visão empreendedora - Capacidade para gerir múltiplas iniciativas em paralelo em ambientes dinâmicos e orientados a resultados - Nível alto / fluente de português e inglês (obrigatório) - Valorizam-se conhecimentos de espanhol e italiano Localização: - Lisboa
