We would like to meet a Java Fullstack Developer for a project with a hybrid working model based in Lisbon or Porto (twice a week at the office) .
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- + 6 years of experience experience as a Business Analyst;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to simplify complex business challenges;
- Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience with UML and BPMN ;
- Proficiency in modelling and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Confluence ;
- Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries ;
- Experience with functional/business analysis and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe,LeSS , or similar);
- Familiarity with backlog/sprint management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira ;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
