About The Job Provide an efficient and high‑quality financial service that enhances the activity monitoring and supports strategic decision‑making, leveraging proximity and expertise to drive financial efficiency. In addition, acts as strategic financial business partner for Finance Management to improve the global Finance organization, ensuring efficiency and more synergies. Your Main Activities Are Monitor, administer and locally supervise the teams located on the Finance Hub Organise and monitor on a day‑to‑day basis the activities. Create a strong BNP Paribas and Finance mindset and ensure adherence to the values of the Bank. Be responsible for all people management topics. Coordinate constant process improvement, implementation of controls and update of procedures, to secure data quality and compliance with Group norms. Ensure a strong level of services and continuous improvement mindset Participate in the definition of the strategy for Finance and supervise the proper implementation of the Target Operating Model. Maintain a strong level of services according to Service Level Agreements. Build a closer relationship with Finance Head Office and ensure a permanent dialogue with all stakeholders onshore. Support and participate actively in the implementation of projects impacting the activities in the platform. Optimise resource organisation and people development, driving transformation and continuous improvements in processes and cost. Define the most efficient team organization, securing backups and appropriate seniority level to mitigate operational risk. Encourage and identify any opportunities to improve and optimise Finance processes via automation, digitalisation or organisational change. Contribute to the BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework. Close follow‑up and monitoring of financials Prepare and organise the monthly FTE Governance Committee to secure right follow‑up and validation process at central level. Organise and coordinate the calculation of Budget. Monitor actuals and budget. Prepare Financial Dashboards and ad‑hoc analysis for Top Management. Maintain a close relationship with local finance. Maintain proactive dialogue with Local Management and respective stakeholders Participate in Local Management Committees. Full compliance with any local business regulations and operational frameworks. Profile And Skills To Success Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting At least 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance and in Financial Analysis and Advisory Knowledge in Finance Applications & Finance Systems Architecture Knowledge in Finance and Budget – Finance/Tax Knowledge and Financial and Performance Analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluency in English Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment Analytical Ability Results‑driven Critical thinking Why join BNP Paribas?
