About the Role We are looking for a Data Management Practitioner to join the team responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and compliance of the organization’s data assets. You will support the design and implementation of data strategies , enforce data governance policies , and ensure that sensitive information is properly safeguarded. This role also involves defining and advising on data quality rules , establishing effective data compliance protocols , and working closely with multiple teams to optimize data usage across the organization. Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals; Ensure data integrity , quality, and compliance across data assets; Establish protocols for data handling , sensitive information protection, and optimized data usage; Design and advise on data quality rules and define effective data compliance policies; Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with governance policies; Facilitate training sessions for team members on data governance best practices; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data utilization and reporting capabilities; Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data management processes. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Data Management / Data Governance / Data Quality Mandatory: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration Ability to define and enforce data governance frameworks , standards, and compliance controls; Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and business stakeholders; English B2; Nice to Have Recommended: Proficiency in SAP BO Data Services (BODS) Desired: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit Experience in data compliance policies and audit readiness
