Your Responsibilities The role will involve the development of modern SAP offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions and best address our customers’ needs In this role, the SAP PaPM Expert will work directly with customers for hands-on delivery, as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from the blueprint to go live You serve as an individual contributor, as well as a member of a high-performing team ensuring quality delivery and growing our practice and relationships with key partners. You have a strong proven track record in modeling business processes in the insurance, banking, or other finance industries. Familiarity with sector solution mechanics, configuration requirements, and integration with other technologies is essential. As a SAP PaPM expert, you are familiar with the implementation or customization of SAP applications such as SAP BW or other SAP Software offerings You have an interest in learning about new SAP technologies and staying updated on tech trends You support pre-sale activities and proof of concept delivery of SAP business use cases You are an independent multi-tasker, taking initiative to prioritize and resolve challenges on the fly Our Requirements Ability to build and configure financial data models, business rules, and cost allocations in SAP PaPM Hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BW Experience in insurance, banking, or similar finance sectors is advantageous Hands-on SAP PaPM skills/ FICO/ BW, including data modeling, process setup, data governance, and integration frameworks Problem-solving attitude Strong logical and mathematical thinking capabilities Independent working style A university degree in computer science, mathematics, or economics with a focus on finance, insurance, or investments Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus What We Offer Responsible roles in international projects Opportunities for growth and responsibility Dedicated onboarding program Work with cutting-edge technology Permanent employment in a family-friendly company Multinational team (more than 15 nationalities) Flexible working hours Participation in team events in Berlin and Hamburg Further training opportunities Modern equipment German language classes Other perks: childcare subsidy, company pension scheme, job bike, etc. About Us We love data.
