Our multicultural and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in several countries offering citizenship and residency through investment programmes and Relocation services for both Individuals and also assisting Corporate needs. #THEROLE We are seeking a highly qualified Immigration Lawyer , for our Lisbon Office, with expertise in Portuguese immigration framework, visas, and citizenship programs, including citizenship by investment. This is a client-facing role where you will deliver bespoke legal solutions, guiding individuals and families through the complex processes of relocation, residency, and citizenship. #ABOUTTHEJOB Advise and support clients in navigating immigration, visa, and citizenship pathways, including investment-based options. Manage end-to-end legal processes with precision, ensuring compliance with Brazilian and international regulations. Develop tailored mobility strategies, providing a consultative and solution-oriented approach. Partner with a multidisciplinary 360º team to deliver a seamless client experience, while maintaining ownership of your projects. Ensure consistent communication, follow-ups, and advisory throughout the client journey. Support in expanding the business within international market. #ABOUTYOU Law Degree with proven experience in immigration law. Registered with the Bar Association (mandatory). Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken at a professional level) - Spanish is a plus. Minimum of 2 years handling Portuguese visas, residency, and citizenship (including citizenship by investment). Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a structured team process. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, ethical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
