A crucial part of our Company is represented by our Global Buying Offices, where resident buyers and sourcers purchase goods locally and scout regional markets looking for exciting products for our stores. Global Buying Offices in Europe are present in Italy, UK, Portugal and Spain and we have Associates also in Poland and the Netherlands. Duties And Responsibilities Conduct ongoing product and market trends research. Identify and assess new market opportunities, competition and product development resources. Gather information on availability, pricing, orders status from suppliers. Attend trade shows to evaluate products and trends. Communicate sourcing opportunities to buyers for evaluation and potential purchase. Coordinate buyer trips, scheduling manufacturer visits, and accompany buyers to facilitate the selection and negotiation process. Monitor orders, providing instructions on manufacturing, preparation, and shipment. Notify management of any potential issues affecting timelines. Obtain and manage reference samples for approval or review by the buyer or product development team. Conduct final quality control checks before shipping, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Report issues and suggest solutions. Job Requirements: High level of understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential. What's In It For You?
