Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Integration Architect . Please note that this is not a development role. Global Integration Architecture Governance: Govern and maintain the client’s Global Integration Architecture, covering all integration types (APIs, Web Services, Events, ETL, Batch, Files, Data, etc.). Integration Specification and Design: Create high-level, complex application integration specifications and technical designs, translating internal client needs into architectural requirements. Architecture Development: Design and develop the technical architecture for integration solutions to meet client needs and objectives. Deliverables Documentation: Produce guidelines and governance documentation for the integration platforms. Integration Rule Definition: Define new integration rules, and present and defend them to stakeholders. Design Documentation: Maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications. Pattern Definition: Define and document integration patterns and best practices. Quality and Standards Oversight: Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work, including detailed technical specifications and application code. Test Planning Assistance: Assist in the specification of integration test plans and scenarios. Strategic Project Focus: Contribute to strategic projects, focusing purely on specification, not development or incident resolution. Proactivity and Ownership: Be proactive, independent, and results-driven, taking ownership and accountability for work and responsibilities. Critical Thinking: Be critical, imaginative, and willing to challenge the status quo. Collaboration: Work effectively in a collaborative environment with global teams. Hybrid Work Model: Adhere to the hybrid work model, requiring presence in the Lisbon or Porto office at least two days per week. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Integration Architect or in a similar role. Deep knowledge of various types of integration platforms and patterns; knowledge should be abstract and not tied to specific technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Soft Skills: Critical analysis, problem-solving, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a global team. Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR. Technology familiarity (valued, not mandatory): SAP PO, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, AWS, Azure, BMC Control-M, Google Pub/Sub, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle GoldenGate.
