Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer

Responsible for the design, implementation, and operations of integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); • Execute Build activities such as developing new integrations, enhancements, and new data flows between HR systems; Execute Run activities, including supervision, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integration processes; Define requirements in collaboration with HR and IT teams; Ensure secure data flows, including authentication, encryption, and GDPR compliance; Document and industrialize deliverables to ensure quality and maintainability; Participate in architecture and data reviews to support technical decision-making; Perform proactive monitoring to anticipate incidents and ensure service quality. What are we looking for? More than 4 years of experience working as Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer; At least 2 years of experience Oracle Integration Cloud (or equivalent iPaaS); More than 3 years with in SQL/ETL; Prior experience with HCM; Experience working with BI Publisher; Experience with core HR processes and Oracle HCM data model; Fluency in English (B2+) is Mandatory .
