We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst to play a critical role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets. This position is a key contributor to the Data Governance program, supporting data-driven decision-making through strong data quality frameworks, monitoring, and remediation initiatives across critical data domains. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain data quality management practices, including rule definition, standards, KPIs, and remediation planning. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify anomalies, duplicates, inconsistencies, and conduct root cause analysis. Monitor data quality compliance and support remediation campaigns in collaboration with Data Owners and Data Stewards. Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and metrics using Power BI , delivering SteerCo-ready insights. Work closely with Data Architects, Governance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with data governance standards. Support metadata management and data governance initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica . Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements, including GDPR and CCPA . Required Skills & Experience Senior-level experience (5+ years ) in data quality, data governance, or related roles. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboard development. Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance standards. Experience with data governance or data quality tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, or similar). Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross-functional, international teams. Fluent English (written and spoken). Interested? Let’s talk
