We work with Nearshore projects, TM & Project Development, Service & Service Management, and Tech Academies. Hexa Consulting is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and issue resolution across complex environments for our clients. What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, and MySQL for troubleshooting and data analysis Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, Unix, and RedHat environments Experience in monitoring application performance and investigating incidents and root causes Ability to troubleshoot middleware, databases, logs, services, and integration points Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change management) is a plus Strong communication skills to interface with development teams, users, and infrastructure teams Fluency in Portuguese and English Location: Lisbon Why Hexa Consulting?
