If you are a motivated professional ready to deliver excellence and grow within a dynamic international environment, we want to meet you Responsibilities Ensure a high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate through excellent product knowledge. Handle inbound calls, offering expert advice on all services and offers. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through tailored sales and service upgrades. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage billing inquiries, administrative changes, and complaint resolution with precision. Requirements Proficiency in German and English is essential. Previous call center experience and a complete technical education (or equivalent work experience). Excellent PC skills and a strong affinity for technology. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently. A high sense of duty, punctuality, and the resilience to handle challenging situations. What We Offer A permanent contract with a 180-day probation period. Salary: €920 gross base salary (x14 months). Performance Rewards: Monthly performance bonuses of up to €360. Language Allowances: €350 for German + €150 for English (x13 months). Meal allowance of €10.20/day and an assiduity allowance of €110/month. A €60/month flex-work allowance. Dislocation bonus of up to €70 + accommodation support. Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm). Bank holiday work includes a 50% pay increase plus compensatory time off.
