Position: International Tech Recruiter Location: Lisbon, Portugal What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across the Benelux region . Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Execute creative talent attraction strategies, including job postings, passive sourcing, and talent mapping. Build and maintain quality talent pools for current and upcoming requisitions. Support employer branding, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and local recruitment events. Update recruitment activities in the ATS (Workday or similar) and provide insights through recruitment reporting. Conduct market research and provide strategic insights on talent trends in Benelux. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment within multinational or fast-paced environments, ideally in tech. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience and doing things the right way.
