Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for an Application Support (Infrastructure) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong international presence, innovation in digital banking, and commitment to delivering excellence in financing and investment services. Come energize your future with us Location: Lisbon (hybrid) What you will do: • Provide first and second-level support for applications within the Banking and Financing Services area. • Monitor application status and infrastructure server resources, ensuring optimal performance. • Manage incidents, crisis calls, and communications, securing resolution within defined SLAs. • Analyze, plan, and execute technical tasks, while identifying and implementing process improvements. • Support business users and internal teams, acting as the first point of contact for production-related inquiries. What you are like: • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles. • Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux, IT infrastructure, and database technologies (Oracle Exadata). • Experience with ETL tools (IBM DataStage) and Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferred). • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). • Familiar with ITIL practices, Continuous Delivery, and automation/industrialization of deployments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
