Ecossistema BIGhub O Desafio da Vaga Estamos crescendo e queremos reforçar nossa equipa com um(a) Especialista em Marketing Digital & Growth, responsável por impulsionar nossa presença digital, desenvolver campanhas de alto impacto e gerir canais que convertem. Essa pessoa será essencial na definição e execução de estratégias de aquisição, automação de marketing, conteúdo e performance nas principais plataformas digitais. ️ Suas Responsabilidades Gerenciar e otimizar ActiveCampaign (funis, automações, segmentação e relatórios) Criar e otimizar landing pages e fluxos de nurturing de leads Planejar e executar campanhas de Google e Meta Ads Redação de copys, conteúdo estratégico e materiais envolventes Gerir mídias sociais e calendário editorial Produção e análise de newsletters e mailing Apoiar em traduções (inglês e espanhol) com ferramentas como ChatGPT Acompanhar parceiros externos e assessoria de imprensa Monitorar métricas e propor melhorias contínuas Colaborar com SEO e estratégias de performance (diferencial) Perfil que Buscamos Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em Marketing Digital Experiência prática com Google Ads, Meta Ads e gestão de leads Domínio de ActiveCampaign Excelentes habilidades de redação e storytelling Inglês e Espanhol em nível intermediário Mentalidade proativa, orientada a resultados e resolução de problemas Facilidade para trabalhar em ambiente remoto, dinâmico e multitarefa Espírito de equipe e perfil multidisciplinar
