Transformation & Investment Advisor | Web3 Ecosystem Builder | M&A results based on CI | Interim CEO Excellence Delivery Hybrid/Remote Acumen is looking for an Interim Enterprise Architect to help shape and steer our client's information systems landscape during a critical phase of transformation. If you’re equally comfortable at the whiteboard and in technical deep dives, and you enjoy turning complexity into coherent, scalable architectures, we’d like to talk. What you’ll do Lead the design and evolution of information systems architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Define and communicate target architectures and roadmaps across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure. Drive Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) initiatives and integration strategies between core systems. Support and challenge development teams on solution design, technical choices, and best practices. Promote the use of containers, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to improve delivery speed and quality. Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust IT solutions. Contribute to process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting the design of end‑to‑end digital workflows. Provide guidance on enterprise architecture methodologies and tools, ensuring consistency and governance. What you bring Minimum requirements Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems and Technologies or similar. 5+ years of proven professional experience in information systems roles. Solid experience in information systems projects and Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA). Hands‑on experience in software development and IT solution design. Experience with several programming languages, such as Python, .NET, C#, Java, PHP, and with databases like SQL Server, NoSQL and others. Familiarity with testing tools and quality assurance practices. Experience using containers, continuous integration solutions and deployment automation (e.g., CI/CD). Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools (Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Experience in process automation projects. Additional requirements Professional experience in strategic information systems planning, from both a management and technology perspective. Experience using enterprise architecture planning methodologies and tools (e.g., TOGAF, capability mapping, application landscape modelling, roadmapping, etc.). Soft skills & mindset Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex landscapes. Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Pragmatic, hands‑on and comfortable working in an interim / project‑based context.
