We are looking for a SAP SD Functional Consultant (O2C) to support the deployment of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) core model, aligned with the validated template. with functional oversight and validation. Previous SAP project experience or implementations is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document local requirements for billing, credit, collections and revenue recognition.
- Assess requirements against the core model.
- Submit gaps, proposed deviations and unresolved issues to the Project Lead with clear context for approval or resolution.
- Work with the O2C team to validate configuration against agreed requirements and support build and testing through accurate functional documentation.
- Participate in and validate O2C testing while supporting business readiness before go-live.
- Resolve routine stakeholder queries and maintain local process documentation and training materials aligned with the global template.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), including sales orders, pricing, billing and delivery.
- Solid end-to-end O2C knowledge, covering order management, billing, credit management, collections and cash application.
- Familiarity with tax determination and revenue recognition practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and distinguish template-aligned requests from deviations requiring escalation.
- Collaborative approach, respect for the Project Lead's decision authority and adaptability to priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field;
Preferred experience
- Prior SAP S/4HANA implementation exposure, ideally in a greenfield or multi-country programme, is a strong plus.
