BVLGARI, the renowned Italian jewelry house, is a globally recognized luxury brand known for its exceptional quality, innovative style, and outstanding service. Since 1884, it has set trends in Italian jewelry, watchmaking, accessories, fragrances, and leather goods design. We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our Boutique in Lisbon to cover a temporary absence . As a member of the store team, they will be an Ambassador of the Brand , creating exceptional customer experiences, driving sales opportunities, and contributing to the store’s success. Responsibilities Welcome and assist each customer with excellence, whether for purchases, after-sales service, or consultation. Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations. Build relationships with existing customers and attract new ones. Manage the sales process according to brand standards, applying the correct sales techniques and providing a unique shopping experience. Register and manage customer data for loyalty actions (CRM). Carry out 1-to-1 CRM activities as instructed by the Store Manager. Follow sales, security, and tax regulations and procedures. Ensure proper presentation of the sales area according to Visual Merchandising guidelines. Handle after-sales services, including repair follow-ups and customer support. Perform basic after-sales service activities (AFSS) in-store, such as strap replacements, buckle adjustments, and basic jewelry cleaning. Participate in training sessions on products, sales techniques, and brand values. Support boutique operations, including inventory management and daily tasks. Profile A strong knowledge of and sensitivity to luxury, with at least 2 years of retail experience. Proactive, customer- and results-oriented, with excellent sales skills and communication abilities. Familiar with CRM techniques and tools for customer loyalty and experienced with store management applications. A high level of English is required. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
