Job Opportunity: SuccessFactors Consultant (EC Time Management) Location: Europe (Remote) Contract Type: Long-term / Full-time Industry: Chemical About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management to join our client’s growing HR transformation team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Time Management processes within SuccessFactors for an international client undergoing large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors EC Time Management Support the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare Advise clients on best practices, compliance requirements , and optimized business process design Work closely with cross-functional teams including EC Core, Payroll, Integration, and HR business stakeholders Troubleshoot issues, manage change requests, and deliver clear functional documentation Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions with end users and HR teams Participate in integration activities with Payroll and external Time/Attendance systems Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on EC Time Management Proven experience delivering end-to-end EC Time projects (implementation or major enhancement) Solid understanding of time valuation, time types, time profiles, work schedules, absence rules , and accruals Familiarity with integrations between EC Time, EC Core, and Payroll (SAP HCM or Employee Central Payroll) SAP SuccessFactors Certification in EC and/or Time Management strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, remote project teams What We Offer Opportunity to work on innovative, international HR transformation programs Flexible working environment (Remote role with availability required during CET) Competitive daily rate Dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team culture How to Apply If you are a SuccessFactors Specialist passionate about Time Management and looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you Please send your CV to
