Position: Business Developer / Project Manager / Sales Manager Location: Lisbon, Portugal Reports to: Founders Who we are Outland creates prefab designer homes that bring together timeless architecture, sustainable materials, and seamless, turnkey delivery — reimagining how we live beyond the city. Our homes are designed for a slower, more intentional pace of life. Built with care and precision, they're delivered and assembled on your land in under a week. We believe in homes that are beautiful and functional, thoughtfully crafted yet accessible, flexible, and deeply attuned to both the environment and modern living. About the Role We're looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Global Business Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving growth, shaping customer experience, and helping us scale our operations while maintaining the design-driven, high-quality standard that defines Outland. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships from first contact via email, whatsapp or social media using our CRM system and answer any questions they may have. Guide customers through the process of technical review, land evaluation, permit application, manufacturing, delivery, installation and final hand-over. Collaborate with architects, engineers and lawyers to coordinate project feasibility, timelines and finishing choices. Support internal processes: permitting, site preparation, manufacturing schedule, delivery logistics. Contribute to marketing & storytelling (website, pitch decks, socials). Provide feedback to improve product-market fit and operational efficiency. Support financing/financial-offer evaluations for clients (if relevant). Identify and engage new business opportunities — partnerships, land-owners, distribution channels, or market segments. What You Bring Passion for architecture, design, sustainability and vacation housing. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Startup mindset: hands-on, proactive, adaptable. Experience in sales, business development, project management or real-estate is a plus. Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
