This does not need to be phone-based sales; experience selling high-ticket technological systems or platforms to enterprise or governmental clients is highly valued. About the Company A technology company with over 16 years of experience developing telecommunications solutions, emergency alert platforms, anti-spam systems, and 911 infrastructure. Its primary clients include global telecom operators and government institutions, with a strong focus on B2B operations and long sales cycles (12–24 months). Profile Overview We are seeking a senior business development professional with both strategic and hands-on expertise, capable of designing, executing, and optimizing the marketing plan for EMEA markets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B technology or telecommunications , strong capabilities across branding, PR, events, and business development, and ideally senior experience in high-value B2B tech sales cycles . Languages English: Advanced (fluent, both written and spoken) Spanish: Professional communication level Location: EMEA time zone (Remoote) Availability: Full-time freelance/contractor Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Strategy and Business Development Define and implement strategies to reach a highly targeted group of approximately 1,000 decision-makers (operators, ministries, business partners). Actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify relevant stakeholders. Structure proposals, presentations, case studies, and commercial materials for RFP processes and similar initiatives. (Preferred) Apply knowledge of high-level B2B sales to support long-cycle commercial outreach and stakeholder engagement. 2. Branding & Positioning Develop and maintain the brand manual, corporate tone, and visual identity. Audit and optimize brand positioning within the tech and telecom industries. Generate clear, commercially oriented content that translates technical information into business language. 3. Web & Content Collaborate with technical specialists to convert complex technical material into customer-friendly content. Manage and update content on WordPress, including technical blog posts, announcements, and landing pages (Good to have). 4. Events & Public Relations Identify and coordinate participation in industry events, global trade fairs, and networking opportunities (occasional travel may be required). Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and coordinate post-event follow-ups with the internal commercial team. 5. Continuous Research Monitor competitors, industry best practices, and new developments in telecommunications and emergency alert technologies. Propose creative initiatives for proactive outreach beyond event participation. Measure the long-term impact of marketing actions and recommend strategic adjustments. Technical Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in B2B tech/telecom company or in an agency handling similar clients. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Ability to make basic edits and updates in WordPress. Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating with commercial teams. Strongly Preferred: Experience selling or supporting the sale of high-ticket technological systems or enterprise platforms. Core Competencies Proactivity and strategic thinking.
