- Receção e acompanhamento do hospede;- Atendimento telefónico;- Gestão de Reservas;- Capacidade de Gestão de pequenas reclamações;- Conhecimentos de PMS (dá-se preferência ao Host); - Serviço de Caixa, Emissão e Conferência de Faturas; - Experiência na função (min 1 ano);- Experiência em receção de 4/5*;- Capacidade de relacionamento pessoal e serviço ao cliente; - Disponibilidade e Flexibilidade de Horário;- Dinamismo e Proatividade e atenção ao detalhe;- Competências de idiomas: inglês fluente;- Formação mínima: Ensino Secundário - 12o Ano;REQUISITOS:- Formação em hotelaria/turismo;- Experiência em hotelaria/ restauração de luxo, em front office, no mínimo de 1 ano;- Valorizamos conhecimento de outras línguas além do inglês;- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;- Conhecimento das ferramentas informáticas de apoio à atividade turística;- Flexibilidade e disponibilidade para turnos, incluindo fins-de-semana e feriados; - Conhecimento específico da região de Lisboa.
