People powered. Technology enabled. About the Role We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring service stability, resolving technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting critical operations. The ideal candidate combines strong diagnostic capabilities with excellent communication skills, resilience, and a customer-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents, ensuring service continuity across critical systems; Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate interventions, share information, and escalate issues when necessary; Participate in on-call rotations and execute preventive and corrective interventions in a 24/7 environment; Support operational processes by documenting incidents, actions, and technical findings; Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on incident status and service impact; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing service performance and operational efficiency; Maintain high levels of customer orientation by ensuring timely and reliable responses to service-related needs. Requirements Proven experience in technical support, service operations, or similar roles within technology or telecommunications environments; Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change; Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams; Strong organizational skills and a proactive, dynamic, and objective-driven mindset; Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on service quality and timely execution; Good command of the English language (spoken and written); Availability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and perform interventions when required.
