ACENSI Portugal is Hiring: React.JS & Native Tech Lead (Mandatory requirement of being located in Lisbon or surrounding area) We're looking for an experienced and sympathetic Technical Leader to join our team If you're passionate about building beautiful, high-performance applications with ReactJS and React Native, and you're excited by the potential of Agentic AI to revolutionize development, we want to talk to you. About the Role As our Technical Leader, you will guide our development teams, set technical standards, and contribute significantly to our product roadmap. You'll be a hands-on coder, a mentor, and a visionary for integrating cutting-edge technologies like agentic AI tools into our daily workflow. ️ Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of professional development experience, with a deep focus on ReactJS and React Native. Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, review code, and drive high-quality architectural decisions. Agentic AI Enthusiasm: Strong interest in or direct experience with agentic AI development tools (e.g., Codeium, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or Claude Code) and a drive to integrate them to boost team productivity. English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with our diverse and distributed teams. Cultural Fit: Must be sympathetic, collaborative, and have a positive attitude—we pride ourselves on being a truly nice group of people to work with Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile and web applications using the React ecosystem. Mentor mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Evaluate, pilot, and implement Agentic AI tools to streamline development and testing processes. Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all projects. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategy.
