We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution teams, and other IT departments to deliver robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and able to lead technical initiatives while mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities: Design and develop Java applications based on business and client requirements Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot Ensure application architecture, performance, scalability, and security Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and propose technical solutions Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and incidents Participate in data integration and migration activities Work with cross-functional teams (solutions, IT, production, external partners) Ensure code quality via testing, code reviews, and best practices Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers Required Skills & Experience: 5–7+ years of experience with Java (8+); Strong expertise with Spring Boot , including: Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring Batch; Strong understanding of REST API design and development; Experience with JWT-based authentication/authorization; Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns; API documentation and testing tools: Swagger, Postman; Knowledge of API monitoring/publishing/management; Databases: SQL Server and DB2;, Application server: Tomcat Build/dependency management: Maven; Version control: Git / GitLab; CI/CD: Jenkins (v2+); Containers: Docker (hands-on); Logging/Monitoring: Splunk (v8+); Code quality: Sonar; Unit testing: JUnit; Unix / Bash scripting (basic to intermediate); WSO2 API Manager (mandatory/optional depending on context); XLD is a plus. English Proficiency (Minimum C1 level)
