Company Description Fundraisr is redefining the fundraising process through an innovative methodology that reduces time commitments, lowers costs, and accelerates fund allocation. Our platform empowers organisations to efficiently achieve their financial goals while creating impactful investor relationships. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Lisbon, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. As a Web & UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually engaging and user-friendly websites and interfaces. Core responsibilities include creating designs, optimising user experiences, implementing front-end code, and utilizing web analytics to refine usability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital presence and ensure seamless user interactions. Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI, Web, or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, interface, and visual design work Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design best practices Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs Ability to design for both branding and digital products, balancing aesthetics with usability and conversion goals Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and stakeholders Familiarity with web analytics and user feedback tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design decisions Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple design projects simultaneously Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus) Nice to have Experience working with startups Knowledge of design systems and scalable visual frameworks Motion design or micro-interaction experience Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, or marketing-driven design Experience designing B2B or SaaS interfaces What we offer Part-time hybrid role based in Lisbon with flexible on-site and remote work Opportunity to define and evolve Fundraisr’s visual identity and digital experience Collaborative, fast-moving, and motivated team Competitive compensation aligned with experience Growth opportunities as the company scales
