About The Role

Reporting to HR Director, will be responsible to contribute to human resources information with a view to improving responsiveness and supporting the decision-making process. Also, will contribute for the creation of an innovative reward and benefits strategy.

Responsabilities:

  • Preparing, analysing, monitoring and making available the main HR indicators, contributing a critical analysis and proposing action/improvement plans;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide the necessary information;
  • Carrying out predictive analyses to identify trends and forecast future results related to human resources;
  • Implementing improvements to current HR reporting tools;
  • Supporting the preparation of internal studies/audits/inquiries, with management and benchmark information;
  • Supporting the construction of descriptive and predictive analyses that support decision-making;
  • Review the rewards and benefits offered, ensuring that all are appropriate and aligned with the legislation, taxes, and other external or internal policies and practices;
  • Support the annual remuneration review process and other reward and benefits processes from A to Z;
  • Participating in payroll process to ensure compliance with local regulations and labour laws.

Profile:

  • Strong experience in HR reporting and basic analytics (min. 2-3 years)
  • High degree education, preferably in Management or Human Resources Management
  • Excellent data interpretation and management skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate HR data
  • Ability to create clear and impactful visualizations
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
  • Good legal and tax knowledge
  • Experience with payroll (preferred)
  • Experience as a functional user with ERP, HR or Payroll applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
